If you already knew Semir Zeki participation (Professor and neurobiologist at the University College of London), who's father is considered neuroaesthetics, the congress will also feature Cheryl Dileo, probably the biggest world authority on music therapy to discuss Research in Music and Medicine: The state of the matter. Along with them will be other speakers such as Annina Hess-Cabalzar, an expert at European level in the field of Art Therapy, who in this case will give a lecture about Medicine focused on the person: the integration of art and medical humanities in health care.
Since the organization has sought to reinforce the international section of the Congress to position it as a meeting and exchange of experiences that allow disclose what is happening at European and world level in the field of art and health. Hence also appear as guests responsible for the Museo del Prado (Madrid) and MOMA (New York), which offer their views on the confluence of art and health in social and cultural institutions. The International Congress of Art Spaces and Health will be structured around four thematic tables, grouping interventions, presentations and communications experts (most of them doctors) in each of the following subjects: neuroaesthetics, music therapy, art therapy and art health and social and cultural institutions.
