They evaluate the results of Dénia's participation in Youth4Food

On 9 and 10 on September 2019, the last technical meeting of the Erasmus Project was held in Parma (Italy) Youth4Food-Young people for a creative and sustainable gastronomy. This initiative ends the 30 of September of 2019, and after two years of operation is in its phase of evaluation of results.

The meeting was attended by the five creative cities of gastronomy participating in Youth4Food: Bergen, Parma, Gaziantep and Östersund; and, on behalf of Dénia, Floren Terrades, Director of the Office of Innovation and Creativity, and Jaume Ginestar, tourism professor at IES Maria Ibars.

As of September 30, cities have two months to prepare the final report, date on which the objectives achieved will be announced, and the actions carried out. Precisely, one of the last actions will be the visit to Dénia of a delegation from Gaziantep (Turkey), formed by students and teachers, in the last week of September.

At the same time, the meeting served to study the possibility of accessing new funds from the European Union, and thus give continuity to some of the needs detected over these two years related to training, sustainable tourism and agri-food innovation .
