The D * NA gastronomic festival returns to Dénia from December 3 to 6. On this occasion, the meeting has two stages, one in Plaça del Consell and the other in the center Calle Marques de Campo. In this way, the festival, coordinated by the City Council of Dénia, Turismo Comunitat Valenciana and Quique Dacosta As a gastronomic curator, he will fill the atmosphere of Dénia with the best smells, products and renowned chefs to bring the best experiences of current gastronomy to the public of the region.
Similarly, the various participating restaurants have prepared special menus for attendees to know and savor what most defines the gastronomic world of Denia.
The faces of the D * NA Restaurant
Some of the most renowned confirmed chefs who will attend the D*NA Restaurant are Albert Adrià, head chef at the Tickets restaurant and, previously, head pastry chef at elBulli; Bruno Ruiz, from the restaurant in Dénia Aticcook Bruno Ruiz; Ricard Camarena, from the Ricard Camarena Restaurant; Alberto Ferruz, from Bon Amb; Begoña Rodrigo, from La Salita; Miquel Ruiz, also from the prestigious restaurant located in Dénia El Baret de Miquel; Jordi Ramos, from Llisa Negra; Jose Manuel López, from Peix i Brases in Dénia; Kiko Molla, from L'escaleta; Luis Valls, from El Poblet; Oscar Molina from La Gaia; Pau Barba, from the group Pacha Ibiza; Rafa Soler, from Audrey's restaurant and, finally, the gastronomic curator and undisputed face of D*NA Restaurant, Quique Dacosta.
Regarding the various restaurants, there will be more than 40 gastronomic representatives of Dénia backed by their restaurants to offer the public the best delicacies worthy of the new edition of the D * NA Restaurant.
