The Minister of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor, Rafa Climent, has presented, on Friday morning, in Dénia, the new model of employment office, Espai Labora (former Servef Employment Center). A new service of Employment and Training that will allow, according to the conseller indicated "move towards a more open, active, and entrenched service in the territory, which will help promote its development".
The Espai Labora of Dénia has become the pilot office of this new model that is based on aspects such as spatial diversity, visual horizontality or the incorporation of domestic elements and that incorporates after changes of name and corporate image, the implementation of operation of a new web page.
With this new model we intend to adapt the Labora offices to be an open space for collaboration, but also a private orientation space, allowing group and individual actions, equipped with Wi-Fi, new signage and with informative screens with multimedia content.
One of the measures to promote the improvement of the public service is the incorporation in staff of 120 new counselors, the start-up of mobile offices in municipalities without Espai Labora, the territorialization of employment policies through the Avalem Territori program. or the impulse to recruit young people with Avalem Joves.
Climent has announced that this model of office will be deployed gradually throughout the Region, which currently has 55 Employment Centers, a network of spaces distributed throughout the Valencian territory, which will be equipped with new features and services.
