It seems a lie, but three and a half months of closure due to the health situation, some establishment has needed a few days to break with the regulations despite the staggering situation of the pandemic.
During the past week, the police had to intervene in Dénia hospitality establishments for non-compliance with hygiene and prevention measures for COVID-19 and for carrying out several prohibited activities, such as musical performances. Currently, only terrace service is allowed until 18:00 p.m. and take away service. However, the vast majority of businesses opened normally and in compliance with the restrictions.
These were some of the 34 complaints filed that first week of March by the Local Police, to which are added the penalties for not wearing a mandatory mask in public spaces and non-compliance with the curfew. In addition, they again had to intervene in up to three illegal parties in private homes, breaching the limitation of meetings in private spaces.
