Employers and neighbors are interested in València for the processing of the Urban Planning Transitory Regulations

A representation of the Cercle d'Empresaris of the Marina Alta (CEDMA) and the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Dénia met last week in Valencia with the Director General of Planning, Planning and Landscape, José Luis Ferrando.

The reason for this meeting was to know the position of the Ministry in regard to the urban situation in Dénia, so they put several issues on the table.

Regarding the processing of the Urban Transitory Regulations (NUT) drafted by the Department, which could take effect before summer, the general director informed the local and business representatives, that the City of Dénia has already sent to the Conselleria the report of allegations to the NUT, and has stressed that the NUT is adjusted to the physical and urban reality of the territory.

Also the possible patrimonial responsibilities were treated. In this sense, the Ministry assured that the City will be required sufficient legal guarantees before giving its approval to the General Structural Plan of the city in order to avoid these possible patrimonial responsibilities.

The Dianense delegation was made up of mario vidal, on behalf of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Dénia; Benito Mestre (vice president) and Alberto Morera (member) on behalf of CEDMA, Carlos Pesquera on behalf of the Association of Promoters, and Jesús Reina, coordinator of the workshops carried out on the PGE by businessmen and neighbors.
