After intense negotiations, Marina Health and its workers have reached an agreement on changes in working conditions for the coming years.
It has extended the Collective Agreement until 31 2017 December. also it defined a set of objectives and has signed an agreement on the Career and Professional Development that will benefit all workers.
The company will guarantee the 50% of the remuneration for goals to their employees, an amount received in February each year, while the other 50% is subject to the income statement upon completion of the exercise. Thus, if the balance is positive, employees receive up to 100%, depending on the degree of compliance.
At the same time, it has approved career that will allow the recognition of the merits of all workers whose pay will also depend on corporate profits.
The company states that this agreement guarantees the job stability of the over 1.200 jobs. The agreement was signed by all unions with the exception of Intersindical.
