That poster, apart from being grotesque, totally unnecessary, was still in the middle.

I suppose that drawing on the wall of the urbanization will be a joke. The wall is private. You cannot paint without permission.
Where it was, it's fine because it's on public property. And its size and appearance is often like that elsewhere. Look online for signs of this type on roads and you will see. Its appearance is to be visible to vehicles, as there are no pedestrians walking. It is not on a city street, it is on a highway.
