El Trinquet The Rovellet Dénia will host, this Saturday at 18: 30 hours, the final of the Diputación de Alicante Trophy in the Escala i corda modality. The couples that have reached the grand final and will measure each other are those formed by Genovés II and Santi, and the one composed by Pere Roc II and Héctor.
During the presentation of the final held on the same stage where it will be played, the Vice President and Secretary of the Club Pilota Dénia, Vicent Crespo and Pepe Moll respectively. On the part of the organizing company, Ribera and three of the four finalists were: Pere Roc II, Héctor and Santi. In addition, the mayor of Dianense sports, Raúl García de la Reina, and the provincial deputy were present, Óscar Mengual.
Crespo highlighted the great role made by Pepe Moll to bring this final to Dénia, while Ribera encouraged fans to join a great sporting event.
The players also spoke and Pere Roc II stressed that “Playing in this trinquet is always a pleasure, it has everything to host a great game”. For his part, Hector said that "It will be a matched game in which whoever takes more risks will have more possibilities, because, although we are two couples who have different tactics, I would not know what kind of game is going to be imposed, whether the cheerful and risky or the most conservative".
Santi launched a message to fill the trinquet by commenting that “It's a great ending to enjoy the two couples that we arrived at a good time and people will surely have a great time. I don't expect it to be a short game, but rather the opposite, very demanding for all finalists ”.
The mayor said that "It is important for Dénia to receive this final since it places us in the current sports of the entire Valencian Community".
