The Department of Social Welfare has released the annual data resulting from the first half of Sajd (Service Legal Care for Women). This service has served 340 women of various nationalities predominantly Spanish and 433 consultations. The topics are most frequently challenged family rights, working rights and civil rights.
The target audience to which the Sajd addresses are married women aged 31 55 years and whose households contain one or two children.
The service is provided in the building of Social Welfare Monday in horarioo of 9: 00 13h to: 00h, and on Wednesdays and Fridays, during business hours 9: 00 14h to: 00h. To make an appointment you must call the phone 96 578 46 80.
