This week, the group The World's 50 Best has announced the list of the best restaurants in the world, and that of chef Dacosta has been placed in the 68 position.
This list is prepared based on the vote of more than 1.000 experts from around the world. Each of them emits ten votes, scoring those that, in their opinion, are the best restaurants on the globe. It should be noted that, among their votes, four must be establishments from outside their region of origin.
This year, for the second time, the best restaurant in the world has been Osteria Francescana, by chef Massimo Bottura, from Modena (Italy), ahead of El Celler de Can Roca. Among the first 100 there is a total of thirteen Spanish restaurants.
