Jacobo Miquel, sailor of Real Club Nautico Denia, has managed to win the bronze in the Hobbie 16 National Championship of the United Kingdom. The test, held in Poole last June, brought together the best British athletes of its category.
The Dianense got the third place, in a competition marked very favorable winds, which showed the regularity of the sailor. Miquel and the Real Club Náutico Dénia add a new medal in his palmares.
The Dianense has been living in England for a few months, where he competes in Hobbie 16 regattas.
Jaime Portolés, President of the Real Club Náutico Dénia, has shown his joy at the triumph of Jacobo Miquel and has given him all his support to continue representing the club in their next competitions.
