The Rector expressed his disagreement with certain aspects of the law, that somehow limits the diversity of students when opting for one or another race. According to Tiana, "The fundamental thing to be able to train and educate ourselves is the teachers themselves. The laws are not magic wands, the teachers themselves play a fundamental role."

During his speech, the Rector of the UNED praised the work of the associated center of Dénia, "A very active Headquarters and summer courses are a manifestation of it. They are an extraordinary complement."

In his speech he was accompanied by the director of the headquarters, Raquel Martí, Which valued very positively the presence of the rector and the large attendance of students, both in person as online.
