The project A For Inclusion expands its service Raquel Payà and Aprosdeco

The Association Condemned to CurbIn collaboration with the city of Dénia, Pfizer and the Foundation Adecco, It has launched for the fourth consecutive year the project A for inclusion, which aims to facilitate the integration of people with disabilities into the workplace.

Thanks to the economic cooperation of Pfizer, which this year amounts to 20.250 euros, on this occasion has hired six people who exercise sports dicapacidad monitors, plus a fisioterapauta and a speech therapist.

This year, as a novelty, the services of the program are extended to the Raquel Payà Special Education College and to the users of Aprosdeco, who will be able to benefit from the activities carried out through the different existing routes. On the one hand, group work to different groups depending on their disability. They have been divided into seven a week, with a total of 14 weekly hours.

On the other hand a physiotherapy service 2 hours a week by Maica room is offered; plus personalized service for users with very severe disabilities, which are intended 10 hours a week. Finally, the project reinforces other projects carried out by the curb Condemned as the Municipal School of Adapted Sports Denia.

Juan Pablo Martínez, representative area Adecco, He said that the aim of the foundation is now raising awareness among companies about how much talent is being wasted with the collective with disabilities and straining to hire them.

Jimmy Higueras, President of Condemned to Curb, Meanwhile, thanked the support of the groups that year after year are added to these projects and highlighted the tireless work of the monitors hired thanks to this help, during the school year that support inclusion activities.

The activities will run until June 15 2017 on the premises of María Ibars Institute; in Llunàtics, multisensory room, Raquel Payà school and Occupational Center La Xara managed Aprosdeco.
