This Monday, September 7, has dawned with a very unstable weather situation. The State Meteorological Agency has established an orange alert in the region of the Marina Alta due to the risk of heavy rains that could exceed 80 liters per square meter in Dénia and surroundings.
The squalls, which may be accompanied by a storm, are expected between noon on Monday and Tuesday afternoon, although in that period of time the alert is reduced to yellow.
Everything points to the fact that, if this forecast is fulfilled, there will be problems in the most conflictive areas of the city (Marines, San Andrés group or ravines), so a lot of caution is recommended especially in the floodplain areas of the city.
On Wednesday the alerts will disappear to give way to more clear skies, and the weekend the sun will return to make an appearance, although temperatures will not recover until next week.
