After months of works, today, Wednesday, the new promenade will be officially inaugurated at the port's Ribera Pier. The event, which will begin at 13 p.m., will be attended by the President of the Generalitat, Ximo Puig, who will travel the new promenade together with the local authorities until reaching the sculpture Portal del Vent Teo San José in the Moll de la Pansa.
Carlos Domingo Soler, Director General of Public Works, Transport and Mobility, will explain the characteristics of the work that the company has executed Varadero Port Denia with a budget of EUR 910.069.
The works started in the month of October of 2014 and were divided into two phases: a first that ran from the height of Pont Street to Miguel Hernández Avenue and a second from Pont Street to the former station of Baleària.
Last March the sculpture was installed Portal del VentWhich has created especially for this place the artist Teo San Jose and now finally, after a year and seven months of work, the new promenade of the shore of the port will be officially inaugurated.
Denia will be a hell this summer with plaça tatives parking less.

Luckily for us these works are have not paid our taxes, neither the Government nor the state but private dealers. It is not said but it's true.
Obviously we have a thousand things that politicians should improve in Denia and surroundings, but for once, this is not an impediment. To me there is a nice and cool walk ( 'and at least one ride !!) I think it's great.
