The councilors of Party in Dénia, María Mut, Pepa Sivera e Isabel Gallego, have denounced this morning that this year will not start the municipal school of summer Vacances per a totes i tots. This program welcomes children from 3 to 12 during summer holidays, but this year it will not be realized.
The answer they have received from the government team is that they have not arrived on time after the entry into force of the new contracting regulations last November of 2017, a regulation that seeks to adapt the legal system to European regulations and facilitate the participation of small and medium enterprises in public procurement. In addition, from the municipal government they argue that, in order to supply this program, this year many public activities will be offered.
But for the PP this answer is not enough, since according to they affirm, this year, almost a hundred children will be without summer activities.
Pepa Sivera has been especially concerned about the thirty children at risk of social exclusion who are left out of this program.
