With the same vocation with which it was born four years ago, to put gastronomy and all its agents at the service of the citizen, started yesterday Saturday in Dénia the D * na Festival, a renewed appointment, adapted to the health situation and that focuses on restaurants in Dénia.

D * na Restaurant once again brings gastronomy to the streets through two stages installed in the center of Dénia, through which renowned national and international chefs will pass, during the next three days. In each of them there will be culinary demonstrations and show cooking, talks, workshops, presentations and tastings of local producers and products, etc.

The curator of this event, the chef three Michelin Stars Quique Dacosta, has highlighted the "transformative capacity of D * na", an event that this year takes advantage of "its positive energy to transfer it to the restaurants of the city". For Colomer, “D * na are alliances of the entire value chain of a sector with a national projection, an exaltation of life,
of the future, of hope, in times of difficulty ”.

The Mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, has thanked the work of both Quique Dacosta and the organization of the D * na Festival, an event in which they have worked "to make it a success, hoping it will be a great festival of gastronomy and products of our Community" .
