The Arqueològic Museum of Dénia has organized three free visits with an expert guide for this month of February. People wishing to participate must register in advance by calling 96 642 02 60 (Ethnology Museum), from 10.30 to 13 hours, except Mondays.
The first exit will be to the Cova de la Catxupa, sample of Levantine rock art, this Saturday, 16 for February, at 10.30 hours. The meeting point with the participants is Venta de Parra (332 national road, km 187,5). The excursion has a medium-high level of difficulty.
El sábado 23 de febrero, you will visit Alt de Benimaquia, a route of low difficulty. The participants will concentrate at 10.30 hours in front of the train stop of the Alacant-Dénia line in La Xara, next to the Occupational Center, to start the excursion on foot.
Finally, the 24 Sunday of February, within the schedule Activitats in family, a guided tour is planned for the Marineta Cassiana, heritage of the Mediterranean. It will start at 10.30 am, departing from the roundabout of the Port Dénia hotel (road to Les Rotes).
The Regional Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Sport of the Generalitat Valenciana collaborates in this program of guided visits.
