The next March 11, at the headquarters of the University-Business Foundation of Valencia (ADEIT), the book will be presented The Baleària, Edited by Vincle Editorial, included in the Economy and Business collection and written by professors Vicente Safón and María Iborra.
This book analyzes the business model of the Dianense shipping company, the keys to its success and the challenges it currently faces. The presentation will be attended by Vicent Soler, Conseller d'Hisenda i Model Econòmic; José Manuel Pastor, dean of the Faculty of Economics, personalities from the Valencian academic, business and civil society world, as well as the authors and the president of Baleària, Adolfo Utor.
Safón and Iborra describe the history of Baleària and analyze the economic data and its business strategy to know the keys to the success model of this company based in Dénia. They also place special emphasis on the contextualization of their leadership within the maritime transport sector.
The Baleària model shows the great capacity of the Valencian shipping company to adapt to the new opportunities and threats of the sector, always from a sustainable and socially responsible perspective.
