On Monday several courses begin between 8 and 12 hours in Dénia CDT:

Introduction to wine culture

4 5 days and October, between the 16 and 20 hours. The course, taught by Tomás Acosta, aims initiation into the world of wine (processing, storage, conservation, bottling and marketing)

Chefs Mediterranean Arc: José Luis Anointed. Casa Julio Restaurant. Fontanars dels Alforins

4 October day, in morning and afternoon. José Luis Anointed, responsible for the kitchen Casa Julio Restaurant, give you guidelines to follow to learn more about their special way of cooking with recipes like Valencian tomato with Burrata, Hamburger cuttlefish with chips, soup girlfriend, Artichokes braised with bacon and infusion of pebrella, black Fideuà squid and shellfish, terrine white and black with poached egg and essence of red pepper, Mullet Market of Santa Pola pochado broth short flavored with raspberry vinegar, loin grilled cod, Bresse pigeon in different firings Etc.

Stock control and financial management of restaurants and bars for waiters / as and cooks / as

Days 4, 5 6 and October. It aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to properly train the attendees stock control and economic management departments that make up the main catering companies (kitchen and restaurant-bar)
