The Official Diari of the Comunitat Valenciana (DOCV) published in the edition of Tuesday of 6 October the exit to auction of the dependancies of the resort of five stars located in Jesus Pobre, after to have been embargoed to their proprietors.
The lot will be auctioned for a total of 3.664.831,61 euros and includes, in addition to two buildings on a plot built of 18.724 m², a mortgage of 19 million euros and a debt acquired with the City of Dénia amounting to 156.853,88 euros. The winner of the highest bid shall be responsible for all this.
It will be the next 29 in October when the hotel complex goes to auction in the delegation of the Tax Agency in Valencia.
