The helicopter of the Provincial Firefighters Consortium has been flying over for about an hour the Montgo this noon looking for a lost hiker.
Despite the high temperatures of today, many people are encouraged to take advantage of the holiday by touring the Montgó Natural Park. It is a practice that during the day in summer is not highly recommended, but even so there are many adventurers who prefer to risk staying at home.
One of these, a person who was hiking in the Montgó this morning, was the protagonist of a rescue that the fire helicopter had to carry out. After noon they have located the person who was in the mountain. This had to be transferred to the hospital due to the conditions in which it was found, requiring the attention of health professionals.
