El grupo Compromís issued a statement yesterday in which it expressed its full support for the demonstration called by the Platform in Defense of Public Education of the Marina Alta.
"Compromís supports, point by point, the reasons for this strike which are, above all, for the defense of a free, secular, Valencian, democratic and quality public education for all," said the group's spokesperson. Josep Crespo in his statement.
According to Crespo, "the improvement of the social, labor and economic rights of personnel working in the education system but, above all, the socioeconomic inequalities of families are at stake."
