The success of this past New Year's Eve leads the City book and the show for next year

January 04 from 2013 - 00: 00

The End of the Year party organized by the City Council of Dénia with the Montecarlo Orchestra was a "resounding success", according to the Councilor for the Interior Javier Ygarza to the newspaper Las Provincias, in its edition of the Marina Alta.
This was so, the Consistory has decided to repeat the formula and has been contracted for this one to the Orchestra to encourage the next New Year's Eve 2013.

For some years, Dénia gave off the year from the Plaza de la Constitution, it has been this 2012 when it was decided to change and go for live music and a new location in the Calle Marques de Campo, in Els Quatre Cantons.

On Monday, a large number of dianenses, among whom was the own Javier Ygarza and Mayoress, Ana Kringe, They attended the party and welcomed the 2013 big. A party that apparently will be repeated next year.

No more orchestras ??? Always Montecarlo ???? I'm a little tired of Montecarlo on New Years Eve in failure in Denia parties, any act that is done comes the Montecarlo and I think there are many more orchestras are fine too.

it is no more discomobiles in Denia, pabs, clubs in my city.
in denia.los bulls, failures, christmas, the holidays of my people, the Moors and critianos,
above all, the mountains, the beach, the countryside, trees, gardines, squares,
streets, the village, the castle of my city in this case Deni, tourism and
      much like football clubs,

  5. David says:

I'm from Gandia and the orchestra is there. Last year (2011) acted that night in my city. It was amazing. We have been many who came here to Denia to spend the night. I do not understand the criticism. I came with my friends and had dinner at a restaurant near from the orchestra. And like me, many.
It was a tremendous success and I think people liked it a lot

  6. Lucia says:

Not to change the subject. I think it was worth that night. That's the reality. I also pay my taxes and I feel very good that they thought of welcoming a year that way

  7. ELENA says:

Do not stray theme, the fun is fine but there are priorities in our city we must not ignore, citizens have the right to demand accountability.
Let's calculate together: rent / payment of the orchestra, hours of the personnel involved in the matter: assembly, party and disassembly, bathroom rentals, cleaning hours, hours of local police who have accompanied the subject ……… .. let's add ?? ?
The economy of a city council we all pay ..

  8. Lucia B says:

Yes, of course, it has been the ruin. Ruin and waste are other things and not give the city this sort of thing. I get really not understand this kind of criticism.
There have been many voices that have praised this end of the year party. Entire families who left their homes and for a few moments forgot how bad they may be going and tried to have fun. But of course, as always, there are those who try to divert the subject.
Congratulations to the town hall for the magnificent Christmas program that was held and for the end of the year party. Now it is OK

    • Bertomeu Rossa says:

I agree with Lucia, I remember an old night with so much atmosphere in the streets of Denia.Mi congratulate the Regidoria of Festes

  9. ELENA ENRILE says:

    Questions I ask:
How much cost us this year the orchestra? How many things could do with that money? in a year of so many cuts, I can not understand this type of expenditure, that if the officials who are in their municipality have not seen their extra, the municipal nursery's rose more than doubled (formerly 70 (from 8) now : 80 50 + plus if working parents left the kids at 8, when from the beginning of the escoleta did not apply ???)

I propose to our town hall that instead of spending the money to repeat orchestra that uses it in more necessary things, and I also believe that there are more economical orchestras in the area and that they have the same right to be hired.

  10. lolo says:

It was great yes. But also a waste of money that Denia needs for other more important things ... bread and circuses, as that one would say.

  11. Lucia B says:

It was a spectacular evening. Tremendous atmosphere and also very familiar. Congratulations on this
