Deputy Jordi Serra reminds Chelet that their salaries are already reflected in budget reports

August 01 from 2012 - 00: 00

Jordi Serra, Councilman of the City Council and deputy of the PSPV in les Corts Valencianes, he responded yesterday to Chelet's accusations that urged him to declare the money he charges each month to the Dianenses citizens and to report on how many salaries he receives. Serra said: “When a politician suffers selective memory, we must help him remember what happened. It seems that Mr. Chelet does not remember that in recent years several members of his party in Dénia, including himself, have been on the payroll of the Diputación de Alicante or organizations linked to the institution, occupying positions appointed directly by the former president, and also being councilors of the City of Dénia. ”

On the other hand, Serra added that the demand for explanations about the salaries he receives through the two elected offices that he holds by popular decision is incomprehensible because, according to the mayor, they are already reflected in the memory of the corresponding budgets. For the deputy, the comments made are "weak arguments as a smokescreen to the nefarious management of PP in the City of Dénia, which has caused the paralysis of the city. " He warned that what the PP-CU government intends is to cover the lack of clear leadership in its first year of mandate.

Finally, he urged the councilor of the PP, María Mut, to measure your words before mentioning atrocities that tighten local politics at a time when solutions to problems are needed. Serra recommended that Mut be more concerned about the repercussions of the Partial Planning Plan of the Local Police than to act as a "spokesperson" for Chelet and Kringe.
