The encomendero plenary of the month of December will approve the tender for the contracting, by means of a lease with purchase option, of the replacement, improvement of the planimetry, supply, installation and maintenance of the artificial turf of the Diego Mena Cuesta soccer field.
The duration of the lease is 5 years. The work of supply of improvement of the planimetry, the installation of the artificial turf and the sports equipment have an expected execution period of two months from the signing of the contract.
The provision of artificial turf must comply with the quality standards established by FIFA for the installation of FIFA Quality or Quality Pro artificial turf.
The budget for the action is € 339.814,55, VAT included.
Athletics track
On the other hand, the Councilor for Sports, Raúl García de la Reina, has reported that the athletics track remodeling works will begin in January and have a completion period of four months.
