Last weekend the Spanish Championship of duathlon against the clock by teams and relays was held in the city of Avilés. Up there two dianenses triathletes competed for their club: Gabriel Dolader for the CT Hurricane The Bike Run and Joan Puigcerver for the Tripuçol.
On Saturday morning the team competition took place in which the team of Joan, who started with only four triathletes, got a fought eighth place in the standings. Gabriel's team managed to get the victory by finishing the test in a total time of 31: 43.
On Sunday, the relay event was played in which the A team of the Hurricane got the gold again. On this occasion Gabriel ran with the B team achieving the tenth position. Joan's team again obtained the eighth position.
The new event will take place in Soria next April 13, where the Duathlon individual Spain championship will be held.
