Dianense Enric Aguilar publishes the new Zombie Paella game: La Familia Hort

Zombi Paella, the board game publisher of Dianense Enric Aguilar, publishes its new game: «La Familia Hort». It is a new project around an eccentric family of farmers. In it, four grandchildren fight to inherit the lands of their ghost grandmother. Players will plant vegetables, carnivorous flowers, or mandrakes. They will water and pay, buy animals and sell their products at the best price. "La Familia Hort" is a resource management game, simple and strategic, with rules accessible to all audiences.

Furthermore, it is the first Zombie Paella game by an author other than Enric Aguilar. With this project, they are definitely consolidated as a game publisher, giving opportunities for new ideas and mechanics. "La Familia Hort" is the work of Ramiro Merinero, a game author since 2013 and an architect by profession. Until now it had created, manufactured and distributed its own sustainable and handcrafted games ("Sailer", "Labyro" and "Polder") from Reimwood. The Hort Family is the first of their games to be distributed on a large scale.

For this new project, the illustrations by Esther Méndez ("La Fallera Calavera", "Alakazum!") And the usual team of Zombi Paella: Enric Aguilar as editor, have contributed ideas in relation to aesthetics. and the theme, as well as Pau Urios in graphic design and Ren Estrugo as a layout designer.

“La Familia Hort” once again opts for Valencian as one of the languages ​​included in the game, apart from Spanish and, for the first time, English. It is intended for all audiences, and is ideal for bringing together new players and more experienced players in the same game. Its launch is scheduled for December 3.
