pacient Actiu

Learning is done through workshops taught by professionals and patients with chronic diseases, who exchange their experiences and lessons learned in the process with those attending the workshop. Through various activities, patients learn self-management tools, formulate action plans or make decisions, and begin to make small changes, increasing confidence in their abilities to manage symptoms and problems caused by the disease.

Responsible for this program in the Department of Health is Dr. Maria Dénia Teresa Abad, Public Health optional, while leaders of the program by Marina Salud are Dr. Francisco Buigues, family physician CS Benissa, nursing Coordinator CSI Denia, Mª Dolores Cristina Perez and Estela Martinez Puigcerver, nurse CSI Denia.
