The students of the Literary Tertulias course taught by the UNED Senior of Dénia made an interesting visit to the Chirbes Foundation to delve into the figure and work of Rafael Chirbes, writer of the Marina Alta.
The teacher of this Senior course, Juli Martínez, started this literary gathering with an exhibition about novels Paris-Austerlitz y Mimoun, which were the two novels that have been read and commented during the course about this author.
Then the participants began a chat about the work of Chirbes with Manolo Micó, nephew of Rafael Chirbes and head of the Foundation, who discussed aspects of the life of Chirbes that can help to better understand the novels and the method of work of the author .
