The summer ends and so does the summer clinic that is installed every year at km 4 of the Marines and that serves as reinforcement to local health centers in the face of the massive arrival of tourists.
This 2015 ends with an average of 67 daily assistance in the office that have been mainly for otitis, stings, sunburn, minor trauma, injuries or gastroenteritis, the pathologies of the summer.
The office has served during the months of July and August, a floating population of displaced people with second homes, from the Department of Health of Dénia, different health departments Valencia and other Spanish regions.
This practice has been a booster for the base area of Dénia, they work more than 70 professionals who attend each year to a resident population of 40.000 people between Integrated Health Center II, Joan Fuster Street; I the Health Center in La Pedrera and La Xara's office.
