The Consell has authorized the extension of the agreement between the Second Vice Presidency and the Department of Housing and Bioclimatic Architecture and the Dénia City Council for the development of an innovation project consisting of the constitution of a pilot office case for the creation of the future Network of Xaloc Housing Offices.
In order to continue providing the citizens with the services offered in the offices, until the decree for the creation of the network is approved, the extension of the agreement is necessary, which will have a validity of 12 months from its signature. being able to extend annually up to a maximum of two additional years by mutual agreement.
The total amount of the agreement with the Dénia City Council is established at a maximum of 69.439,80 euros, distributed in two annuities: 17.359,95 euros in 2021 and 52.079,85 in 2022.
On September 30, 2020, the Generalitat signed an agreement with the Dénia City Council to start the development of this innovation project and whose validity ended on September 30.
The experience obtained through the signing of agreements with various local entities of the Valencian Community has made it possible to assess the effectiveness of these offices and has promoted the creation of the Xaloc Network, for which the corresponding decree is being processed, which puts the I manifest the need to continue with the project that will culminate in the creation of the network.
