The next 14 of April Dénia will host the VIII Seminar of the Liga Suma de Llaüt, the well-known XXXII Virgin of the Desamparados Trophy. A test that will be organized by the Rem Club Marina Dénia, in which this club will seek the victory that will allow it to establish itself in the first position that it now occupies in the categories of Veterans and Veterans.
The test, which will begin at 9 in the morning, will run parallel to the southern breakwater, on the outside. This allows it to be seen in a comfortable way by fans located in the area of the Paseo de Marina de Dénia.
The teams will be around 66, so the participation will be around the 700 rowers, who will take part in the categories ranging from Veterans, children and cadet, who will complete a course of 700 meters. The juvenile and absolute categories will have a regatta field of a length of 1.400 meters ahead.
The president of the Club Rem Marina de Dénia, Miguel Camarena thanked the support of Marina de Dénia, "Since without it it would be impossible to organize these events. And sports successes are the sum of everything. Being on a base with the optimal conditions for rowing, translates into good results".
For its part, Andrés Ponce, chief of operations of Marina de Dénia, recalled that, "As always, we will put all our resources so that both sailors and the public who wants to see the race enjoy this nautical sport that unites us so much".
