The first round of the team Dénia Swimming Club Masters took place in the Valencian town of Turis where valid control times for the regional championship Masters took place. The club has 10 Dianense swimmers this season divided into different categories ranging from the 20 25 to 40 years and from a 45 years. Turis highlighted 7 swimmers who traveled there for their results.
Monica Berenguer was third in her series and first in the 35 to 40 year old category in the 400 crol test, with a 6'02 "mark. 01 Berenguer was first of the general in the 100 crol test with a 1'19 "03 time.
Manolo Bas in his first competition got a prominent first place overall in the 50 crol with a time of 31 "75. He was second in the 200 crol.
Carlos Morelló was second in the 50 crol and first of the general in his category from 30 to 35 years in 200 crol with a record of 2'38 "21. José Carlos Rubio, another of the debutants in competition was third of the general in the 100 styles with a mark of 1´1 "21 and was also the best in the 50 butterfly with a time of 32" 11.
Carlos Jiménez swam the 50 200 crol and crol where he was third and first in its category, respectively. We must also highlight the participation of Ana Llorca was first in its category in tests swam; 50 100 butterfly and crawl.
The 4X50 crol relay team formed by Ana Llorca, José Carlos Rubio, Carlos Jiménez and Mónica Berenguer was second overall after the Delfín Swimming Club team. The time of the dianense quartet was 2'14 "25. The Club Natació Dénia added 8 first places of the general in their first competition date.
In this federative control a total of 94 swimmers belonging to 15 clubs took part among which were the CN. Quart de Poblet, CN. Gandía, CN. Dolphin of Valencia, CN. Valencia Master, CN. Catarroja among others. The next control will take place on 1 day of February in the pool of 50 meters of Elche.
