CFS Mar Dénia continues its set-up beating Valencia FS (6-4)

05 September 2019 - 11: 05

The Dianense set of CFS Mar Dénia continues its set-up for the beginning of next week. In his penultimate preparation match he received at home the visit of Valencia FS, one of the history of this sport in the entire Valencian Community, which he defeated by 6 to 4.

Before the start of the meeting a respectful minute of silence was kept in memory of Vicent Balaguer, club member and habitual follower of the CFS Mar Dénia matches.

The clash played in the Dianense pavilion began with a high pace marked by the locals. The visitors were developed and fit the first goal in minute 1, the work of David Jaén. After the goal, the boys led by Jorge Durán did not lower their intensity and in the minute 7 Nico got the 2 to 0.

From that moment, the Valencians took possession of the ball and this forced the locals to have to lower their pressure line. In the 13 minute, the visitors shortened the differences with a very powerful shot against which nothing could do the local goal, Sergi Santacreu.

In the final stretch of the first half Valencia FS enjoyed its best minutes of play, against an opponent who significantly slowed down after David Jaén's injury, who with a sprain was taken to a health center. When the tie was closer a long ball came to Lluis Llinares who connected an accurate shot that meant the 3 to 1. With this marker the rest was reached.

The second half began the same as the first with local domination, and at 3 minutes, Lluis Llinares again beat the visiting goal by placing the 4 to 1. A minute later, in a defensive error came, the 4 to 2. The Dianense reaction was swift and after a heel of Miguel in the center of the field, the ball reached Omar and he scored a goal to frame. It was the 5 to 2 that returned the tranquility to the premises.

But if the fifth was beautiful, the sixth also. Miguel hooked a shot that slipped through the Valencian goal squad that nothing could do to stop that missile. In the absence of 4 minutes to go, the third came for Valencia FS and at the last minute the fourth, so the clash concluded with the score of 6 to 4.

The dianenses left a pleasant impression before their audience, the only bad thing was the injury of David Jaén, who will surely miss the league premiere of his team in Barcelona.

The followers of CFS Mar Dénia have their next appointment this Saturday, with the presentation of the team in the Dianense pavilion, at 18 hours, and the subsequent match against San Juan Sporting, Third Division team.
