The CFS Mar Dénia could not with the leader, Irefrank Elche (1-5)

19 October 2021 - 14: 11

As expected, the leader of the classification traveled to Dénia with the intention of continuing to add, since he counts all his matches as victories and the Dianense team, although he stood up at all times, could not score.

In minute 4 came the 0-1 after an intermission by Juandi on the left wing that surprised with a strong shot to the short post that Angel could not avoid. The team from Elche was in control of the game, while the locals, with heavy physical wear and tear and a fierce defense, managed to stop the visiting attacks and threw fast counters with no luck in front of goal.

In the 15th minute came the 0-2 from outside shooting. A minute later in an attack play Nico fell injured
Marí, who had to leave the track helped by his teammates. In minute 18 came the 0-3 with which it was reached the break.

The start of the second half was different, despite the disappointment of losing two players, since both Nico Marí and Isaac Pastor were forced to leave the facilities in order to take tests and find out the extent of the injuries. The Mar Dénia continued pulling claw and did not take long to have good chances although without luck in the face of goal, until in the 33rd minute after a long pass from Angel, David García finished off with a header and saved the exit of the visiting goal getting the 1-3.

The intensity of the game rose and the best minutes of the match were lived. In the 34th minute, the local coach was incomprehensibly expelled David Jaén, after protesting the hands of a visiting defender who, being the last player and when the ball was going to goal, the referee team signaled the action but only showed the yellow card. A minute later came 1-4.

There were 5 minutes left and the Dianense team continued to trust their chances and put the goalkeeper player on the court. He had multiple occasions, but yesterday's denial in front of goal punished them harshly and with a minute to go, came the 1-5 with which the match ended.

Now it's time to recover the injured players and prepare for the next day where CFS Mar Dénia will travel to the town of Castalla.

The players called up for this match were Ángel Larrosa, David García, Nico Marí, Luis Llinares, Rober Naranjo, Josep Roselló, Pau Argudo, Isaac Pastor, Borja Catalá, Jordi Más, Jose Martí and Pedro Molina.
