The Early Care Center of the Marina Alta, managed by Ludai, has announced its adherence to the strike called in the sector at the regional level for June 11, in protest of the actions that are being carried out by the Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies.

According to they explain, from 2017, with the application of the new protocol of derivation of health, the centers are collaborating "assuming great care pressure on the equipment and taking some measures that go against the technical criteria by having to make a distribution of time among more children served (an average of 115-120 users is being attended in an accredited center for 70) ".

"At this pressure", add, adds "the last proposal that was presented to the table of modification of the financing model, going from a financing by places to payment for direct sessions carried out with the child or his family". Early care professionals believe that "This proposal added to the increase in users per place would have a serious impact on the quality of care of the Centers. And it contradicts the concerted action that has been carried out for the first time with the CDIAT and that has been carried out by places".

The professionals are shown "baffled" that "We have reached a Social Concert, which aims to guarantee stability in financing and improve the quality of the services provided and that on the other hand it is intended to modify the care and financing model with proposals that directly affect the quality of care and go to the detriment of a model of consensual care at the professional and institutional level that has been underway for more than thirty years, which has proven to be effective and there has been collaboration and adequate degree of satisfaction on the part of families ".
