After the events that took place in the town of Santa Pola in Alicante last week, when the floor of a school collapsed causing several injuries, the BLOC-Compromís in Dénia has announced that it will submit a motion to demand that the Generalitat inspect the schools in the city.
Councilor, Josep Crespo, Reported that the Department of Education does not own technical prevention of occupational hazards that can assess the condition of the centers because since 2012 have become part of the Valencian Institute for Safety and Health at Work. These technicians in their day accredited 200 over documents showing deficiencies in schools, although today it is not known what those centers are.
