The Plaza Jaume I was the scenario chosen by the BLOC of Denia to celebrate its parallel event in commemoration of the Day of the Valencian Community. Josep Crespo, Councilor of the city of Denia, and Josep Ivars, mayor of Senija, put the words to this act that ended with the interpretation of the Muixeranga.
Crespo focused his speech on the criticism of the government team and the optimistic result of the coalition Compromís-Equo in the next elections to the General Courts. Ivars, on the other hand, made a review of the history of the Valencians.
The event ended with the offering of flowers to the statues of Jaume I and the interpretation of the Muixeranga, before about a hundred people who gathered in this celebration parallel to the official.
