The Dénia City Council has approved, in the last Local Government Board, the fencing and protection of the exterior and interior of the property under construction on Calle la Vía, corner with Carlos Sentí and with access also by Patricio Ferrándiz.
After months of litigation with the owners of the abandoned building, the municipal government has agreed to undertake the enforcement of the works, valued at 49.933,67 euros and must be paid to the owners. Actions to be taken include the outer fence entire plot, the disassembly and cleaning of the inner and placement work fall protection inside the building.
The City Council has made this decision to ensure "safety, health and decorum" around and inside the abandoned building.
