If you cannot think of an urban planning plan for Denia equipped with services for citizens, improvement of infrastructures, cleaning of streets, lots, parks and avenues. Sewage system, lighting, public transport, waste collection etc. But especially the sewage system because it does not exist, where are they going with this smart city nonsense? Basically they will take the grant money and distribute it to the usual people.
