The City Council invites you to visit the natural landscapes of the region under the stars

The Council of Ecological Transition of the City of Dénia has organized a new edition of the program of free guided tours through the natural environment late in the afternoon or at night, under the stars. From the 17 of July to the 9 of August, a total of 14 have been scheduled to depart to different natural places of Dénia and the region.

The Greenway and the dunes of the Marines; a tour of the Mediterranean forest landscape; a visit to the Jardín del Albarda de Pedreguer on a concert afternoon; the Riurau de Jesús Pobre Market with a tasting of local products or a tour of the Pego-Oliva marsh are some of the scheduled excursions.

You will also visit Vall de Laguart to admire the rural dry stone architecture; an agricultural garden in Benidoleig; the recreational area of ​​the Segària mountain; the Water cave, to the Montgó; the Alberca river with a guided astronomical observation session; the Eructas coast and the horse shelter, and the Xara pine forest.

These are routes with a low level of difficulty, easily assumable for anyone with basic walking habits, except for the route from Benimaurell to Fleje in Vall de Laguar (26 in July) and the visit to the water cave (2 in August), which have a medium difficulty level. It is recommended to participate provided with a backpack with water and sneakers or mountain footwear.

    We already have a village more like a theme park with night scandals, vomiting and now we will have the best corners of DÉNIA destroyed. We only think of tourists and not the residents who pay the taxes. It gives a lot of courage.
