Dénia joins the celebrations for the centenary of the birth of the Valencian writer Enric Valor (Castalla 1911, 2000 Valencia), adding to its cultural agenda exhibitions, conferences and storytellers related to the figure of Valor.
7 November the exhibition will open at the Municipal House Cutura: Enric value, Les paraules, organized by the Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua (AVL), in which tribute will be paid to the only Valencian writer who has been honored by the universities of Valencia, Polytechnic, the University of General Studies, the University of Alicante, the Jaume I of Castellón and that of the Balearic Islands. The exhibition can be visited until November 12 in the lobby on the first floor.
Wednesday November 9, the storytelling session will be borne by Llorenç Giménez and Carlos Cano with "La mare dels peixos" and other stories from the 17: 30 in the Children's Library.
Finally, on Thursday 10 at 20 hours, Honorat Ros, member of the Valencian Academy of Culture will offer the conference "La Marina, a region of valuable rondalles" in the Municipal House of Culture to 20 hours.
