The Ministry of Finance and Economic Model has accepted the free transfer of the right to use a premises in Dénia, made by the City Council, with the aim of allocating its use to various judicial agencies, as published today in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV).
The plot, which is located on Pedreguer street numbers 20 to 24 of Dénia, will be used in part to expand the judicial headquarters in Dénia for the provision of services of offices for Assistance to Victims of Crime (OAVD), units Comprehensive Forensic Assessment (UVFI), Psychosocial services and Violence Against Women courts.
The right of use of the accepted property must be incorporated into the General Inventory of Assets and Rights of the Generalitat as a right of public domain related to the public service administration of justice and assigned to the Department of Justice, Interior and Public Administration to whom the corresponding law enforcement powers over it, including its administration, defense and conservation
Article 44 of Law 14/2003, of April 10, on Assets of the Generalitat establishes, in point 1, that the Generalitat will acquire ownership of the assets and patrimonial or lawsuit rights that other public administrations assign to it, to allocate them to a public use or to the provision of public services competence of the Generalitat and provides, in point 2, that the competence for acceptance corresponds to the holder of the Ministry responsible for heritage matters.
