The Department of Addiction Prevention, through the UPCCA (Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Behaviors), promotes one more year, and it is eighteen, the campaign of May 31, World No Tobacco Day.
This year, due to the circumstances of the situation caused by COVID-19, an innovative proposal has been made that, under the slogan "Do you help us?", Aims to involve citizens and encourage them to create a slogan to the 2020 campaign. Of all the proposals received, one will be selected to represent the commemoration of World No Tobacco Day in Dénia this year.
Participation is very simple: you have to think of a slogan to prevent tobacco consumption, focused on positive, and send it by private message to the Instagram or Facebook of the UPCCA of Dénia (@upccadenia). The message to be transmitted, in a generic way, is that prevention is the best tool to avoid consumption.
The Councilor for Addiction Prevention, Melani Ivars, encourage everyone to participate in the initiative and remember that "all of us who are part of society can make our contribution to promote addiction prevention, in this case, tobacco".
