Next Thursday the ordinary plenary session corresponding to the month of September will be held at the City Hall of Dénia, during which the modification of the fiscal ordinances for next year will be approved, introducing some novelties aimed at promoting employment, sustainability and use of renewable energies and support for families with low incomes.
The council of finance, Paco Roselló, he explored the details of these modifications.
Bonuses in the ICIO (Tax on Constructions, Installations and Works)
The first one is intended for works aimed at improving or expanding business activities that encourage job creation. In the case of new establishments, the bonus will be 30% if the creation of five permanent or more full-time jobs is produced.
Additional bonuses will be granted if the new contracts significantly increase the parity of men and women in the company (10 additional%); if the contracted are registered with a Two years old in Dénia, La Xara or Jesús Pobre (10% or 20% bonus, depending on the number of people hired that meet this requirement) and if at least half of those hired are within the group of people with special difficulty in accessing the labor market (people in situations of physical, mental, sensory, visual or mental disability, neighbors under 30 years and over 50 years or long-term unemployed). In the latter case, an additional bonus of 10% will be applied. However, the bonus can not exceed 50% of the total tax.
In the event that the creation of jobs is less than five, a bonus of 5% will be applied for each new position with an indefinite contract, with additional bonuses of 5% in the same cases as in the previous case, without exceeding 30% of the total.
For premises in which an existing economic activity is developed, a bonus of 25% is foreseen if they justify that in the two previous years they have not made a decrease in personnel and that the average of the staff in the premises has increased in a 10% or more between the previous exercise to the request of the license and the previous one.
Bonuses for the environment
With regard to the environment, the City will subsidize with 50% of the budget allocated to entrepreneurs who promote buildings, installations and works in which systems are incorporated for the thermal or electrical use of solar energy for self-consumption.
Respect for the environment will also be subsidized in the tax ordinance of the Tax on Vehicles of Mechanical Traction, since the electric tourisms will enjoy a bonus of 75%; in the case of those that exclusively use biogas as fuel, compressed natural gas, liquefied gas, methane, methanol, hydrogen or vegetable oil derivatives will be 50% and for bimodal vehicles, 40%.
Modifications in the IBI
The modification of the municipal bylaws also establishes that large families will enjoy a bonus of 50% in the full amount of the tax if, among other requirements, the property for which a bonus is requested is their usual home and its cadastral value is less than 30.000 euros.
Finally, the councilor has highlighted the modification of the tax category of some streets in the city in which more will be paid for occupation of the road with tables and chairs. These streets are Les Barques, Plaça de la Creu, Calle Gabriel Moreno, Plaça Mariana Pineda, Ramón y Cajal (between Cavallers and Glorieta Valencià Country), Sant Pere and Valencia Avenue (between Loreto and Ronda Murallas).
