The City Council adapts the access road after IES Chabás and the works in Number 3 "continue at a good pace"

Fulfilling the commitment to the policy of IES Historian chabas, the City Council Denia has adapted the access road to the school by the back of the building.

The road, very busy by parents and students to access the center, had the firm in very bad conditions, so it has proceeded to its asphalting "although it was not municipal direct competition," as indicated by the Councilor for Education, Pepa Sivera.

Moreover, municipal representatives have visited these days the works of the IES number 3 to check the progress of the work. As agreed with the public company of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ciegsa, and the concessionaire of works, San José SA, these visits will be made periodically and every three months.

The mayor of Education has been satisfied with the progress of the work and said that "continue apace after a slight delay in November as a result of the rains."

Sivera recalled that the final draft of the IES 3 number has sixteen units and high schools and that the lead time for construction is estimated to 16 months. Therefore works with a budget allocated to 7'2 million euros, they should be completed in January 2014.
