The Dénia City Council has announced the opening of a file to the company that was awarded the hammock service in the beaches de Bovetes y Marines, at the level of Esparver street, after being two days unopened.
As reported by the Councilor for Citizens Sergio Benito, the company awarded the hammock positions corresponding to the lots C06 and C08 has announced its refusal to continue with the operation, and now, the City Council has opened a file to determine, according to law and contract specifications, the consequences for the company adjudicated, which could mean the application of penalties. It will also start as soon as possible the award to the next bidder if such thing were effective at this stage of the season.
Benito has reported that "In Dénia there is an enormous inertia of doing the wrong things that has led, in various fields, to make certain individuals think that they have privileges when dealing with the administration".
