The Drive Drive-In de Dénia welcomes, this Friday, 29 of June, the premiere of the Spanish film Formentera Lady, shot in Dénia a year ago now. The film is directed by Pau Durà and stars José Sacristán, Nora Navas, Jordi Sánchez and little Sandro Ballesteros, and has the participation of several actors from the Marina Alta.
With Formentera Lady Dénia is once again the scene of a film, this time as a port of communication with the island of Formentera. In the film, the characters will tour the port and the historic center of the city.
Pau Durà proposes a comedy that tells the story of a hippy grandfather, Samuel, (José Sacristán) who continues to live in a small island, without light and with his banjo as a company. One day he receives the visit of his daughter Anna (Nora Navas) and his grandson Marco (Sandro Ballestero). Anna has had to accept a job in France and is forced to leave her son Marco with Samuel.
Formentera Lady will be screened this Friday, and until Thursday 5 in July, at 22: 00 hours, at the Autocinema Drive In Denia.
